Third Parties: We share your Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. For example, we use Webador to power our online store and Stripe to process your payments.
Data Retention: We maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
Your Rights: You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted.
Terms of Service
1. General Conditions
By purchasing from Amanda’s Aquatics, you agree to these terms. All sales are final once the fish have been shipped. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone or to delay shipping for any reason, including extreme weather conditions that might jeopardize the safety of the livestock.
2. Accuracy of Information
While we strive for 100% accuracy, we are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate or current. Livestock sizes and colors may vary slightly from photos as they are living creatures. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and safe shipping address where someone can receive the package immediately upon delivery.
3. Limitation of Liability
Amanda’s Aquatics is not liable for any delays, damage, or loss caused by the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) once the package has been scanned into their system. We are also not responsible for any issues that occur once the fish have been successfully acclimated and released into your aquarium.
